Our product line includes:

• Pleated Felt Filters
• Felt gaskets
• Round filters– breather, filter and oil coalescing

• Resin treated felt

Pleated filters allow maximum filtration area for the space used. These filters have a variety of end caps ranging from epoxy, plastisol and plastic to molded felt. Some are self supporting while others have metal cores

These filters demonstrate molded felt pieces that have had additional finishing done to them. Some have rubber gaskets and grommets that are molded into the material from our injection mold machine. Others are stamped to a particular size. The black cap is molded plastic from our injection mold machine and fits over one of our pleated filters.

Equipment

Pleating Machine - different materials, thickness, and densities can be used

Pleating Machine - pleat size and frequency can be adjusted for individual needs

Punch Press – Used for die cutting high volume parts.  Dies are changed out based on the part being produced

Mold Machine – This is used when molding resin treated felt

Oven – Rolls of material are resin treated and sent through oven for curing.  This is what gives the parts their rigidity.

Injection Mold Machine – This machine heats plastic pellets to be melted down to make plastic end caps for our filters

Products

Products – Pleated filters are supported by rolled and welded zinc coated screens.  Ends are made from molded felt.

Pleated Tube – Some pleated parts supplied in tube form.  These are resin treated, pleated, glued and cut to a varying lengths.
